As a principal and core member of multiple projects, Yongren  led and actively participated in numerous high-profile IPOs and other capital market transactions in past 10+ years since joining CICC, across sectors including consumer, healthcare, and TMT. Yongren ’s experience includes HK IPO of Chervon, Ming Yuan Cloud, Smoore, Blue Moon, CR Mixc Lifestyle, Shimao Services, Ehouse Enterprise, Broad Homes, China Tobacco HK, East Education, Viva Biotech, China Isotope & Radiation, Zheshang Bank, and Red Star Macalline, HK secondary listing of Baidu, as well as HK spin-off and listing of Xinyi Energy.
