Ms. Ying Han is Vice President of Technology and Cybersecurity Policy and Partnerships (TCPP) and is responsible for JP Morgan Chase (JPMC)’s Asia Pacific TCPP agenda. She leads policy development and advocacy on key technology and cybersecurity issues to improve the cybersecurity of the firm, its customers and clients, and the broader financial sector.

Prior to JPMC, Ms. Han was Policy Director at United States Information Technology Office (USITO), and led USITO’s cybersecurity, technology and data advocacy. She created and guided USITO’s Emerging Technology Initiative focusing on AI, blockchain and other emerging technologies.

Han Ying served as a Trade Commissioner covering ICT and Digital Media sector at the Canadian Embassy where she counseled Canadian technology companies on China ICT policy and market.

Han Ying holds a Master degree in Journalism from Iowa State University, and a B.A. in English and Telecommunication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT).
