Vivian Tsang is an Associate Managing Director based in Hong Kong supporting North Asia.

Vivian manages a team of rating analysts covering the infrastructure sector, including transport infrastructure, regulated utilities, power and social infrastructure.

Vivian has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Moody’s, she spent some 7 years in risk management at Deutsche Bank, Hong Kong, and her most recent role at the bank was Head of Korea Credit Risk Management and Senior Credit Approver for Hong Kong, South China, and Taiwan.

Vivian also worked for 11 years at Citibank in Hong Kong and New York, with roles involving asset-based finance, loan syndication, asset finance/leasing, trade finance, receivables financing, and capital markets risk management. She also worked for Wells Fargo for five years as a corporate credit underwriter in the US.

Vivian holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.
