Terk Ming is an Executive Director in the Office of Government Affairs(OGA),where he drives the firm’s public policy agenda and strategic engagement with regional government officials and regulators. OGA also serves as a source of information and analysis on global and regional politics, as well as policy issues of interest to Goldman Sachs and its clients.

Before joining Goldman Sachs in 2015, Terk Ming served in the Singapore Foreign Service. His previous responsibilities included managing Singapore’s relations with the US, Canada, Japan and South Korea. He also covered Singapore’s participation in the World Trade Organization and the United Nations. His overseas assignment was in the Singapore Embassy in Tokyo, covering Japan-Singapore bilateral relations, Japan’s domestic politics and economy, and the Japanese government’s foreign policy.

Terk Ming has a MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor in Economics from Osaka University. He was awarded a Singapore Merit Scholarship cum Monbusho Scholarship from the Singapore Public Service Commission in 1999.
