Steven Chou is the Chairman of Valuable Capital Financial Company KSA (VCFC), Managing Director of Valuable Capital Securities Hong Kong (VCS), and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Valuable Capital Group (VCG) where he currently oversees the Group’s global strategic business as well as the business’s expansion and growth worldwide.

Prior to joining VCG, Steven was the Vice President of Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited (HKEX) having held this position since 2015.  During his time there, Steven served several positions. Between 2015 and 2017, Steven was responsible for Equities Derivatives Product development as well as participant relationship, and responsible for London Metals Exchange (LME) greater China business during 2018 to 2020, from 2021 to 2022 as FIC product development key contributor. Steven had made great contribution to various new product launch as such USD/CNH futures and options, MSCI China A50, and Mini LME base metal futures product.
