Stacy Lo is a partner of Lexcel Partners practicing in securities, banking, corporate investment, M&A, and capital market-related matters.  She has advised many financial institutions on day to day legal and compliance matters and helped them to develop and expand business in Taiwan.  She also assisted foreign companies to establish local presence and participated in various major M&A transactions in Taiwan involving well-known foreign institutions and local listed companies.

She earned double bachelor degrees in Law and Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 1997, her Masters of Law from New York University School of Law in 2001, and her Master of Business Administration from National Taiwan University in 2015.  She is dually licensed to practice in Taiwan and New York and is a registered patent agent in Taiwan.
