Mr. Song was appointed as the General Manager of Institutional and International Business Department since July, 2015. He joined Haitong Securities in 1998 and used to be the Deputy Head of the Investment Banking business at Haitong.

Mr. Song serves as a member and the Director of Financial Products Committee of Haitong Securities. He has a deep understanding of onshore financial products development. Mr. Song is also an experienced sponsor representative and investment banker with CPA license. He has rich experience in the equity capital market of China, in terms of both primary and secondary investment banking business resources.

Mr. Song holds a Master of Economics Degree from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
