Sneha joined Westpac in 2015 as the head of Financial Markets, Asia. Her responsibilities include trading, sales and structuring across Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange and Commodities in dealing with corporate and institutional clients.  She leads a team of specialists located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Mumbai providing financing, investment and hedging solutions to Westpac’s clients across the region and worldwide. She is based in Singapore.

Sneha is actively engaged in the financial markets community through membership of the Executive Committee at ASIFMA and ACI, Singapore.

Career History

Prior to joining Westpac, Sneha held various senior leadership roles in structuring and sales in Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income Division between 2007 and 2012. She was promoted to Managing Director in 2008. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Sneha was in HSBC Hong Kong as the regional head of structured rates. In this role, she was overseeing the trading and structuring of all the structured rate products across Asia Pacific. Sneha spent 9 years altogether at HSBC in Hong Kong.

Sneha was most recently at Unilever where she was Finance Director, responsible for the risk management of Unilever’s global commodities portfolio. Sneha lives in Singapore and is married with 2 kids aged 14 and 17. She holds a Master’s degree from University of Oxford, UK in Mathematics & Computation.
