Sean is an Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel for the ECM and DCM legal practice at JP Morgan Chase. He is based in Hong Kong advising on legal, regulatory and risk matters relating to JP Morgan’s capital markets business throughout the Asia Pacific region and overseeing a team of lawyers based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Seoul, Tokyo, Mumbai and Sydney.

 Sean has been with JP Morgan since 2012, having previously worked with Linklaters Hong Kong for 5 years covering ECM and M&A. Prior to coming to Hong Kong, Sean worked as a lawyer in Perth, Australia and in London both in private practice and in-house covering corporate / commercial matters including ECM, M&A, IT/IP, commercial property and litigation.

 Sean graduated from the University of Western Australian with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees and is admitted to practice law in Western Australia and Hong Kong.
