As the Culture and Conduct Lead for Asia Pacific, Samantha is responsible for driving J.P. Morgan’s critical Culture and Conduct agenda and embedding the firm’s ‘How We Do Business’ principles into the firm’s operating environment.

Sam is part of the Controls Office.  She is a member of the Asia Pacific Controls Management Team, Hong Kong Culture Committee and the Global Conduct Risk Implementation Forum.  She is also an active participant in a number of industry Culture and Conduct groups.

Sam has worked in the Financial Services industry for 20 years holding roles in Operations, Technology and client facing businesses.  She joined J.P. Morgan in September 2012 and prior to that she was with UBS and Accenture. Sam has worked and lived in Chicago, London, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from The University of Birmingham, UK.
