Natalie has extensive experience advising clients in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong on financial services regulatory, compliance and fintech-related non-contentious (advisory) matters and internal and regulatory investigations.
Natalie regularly interacts with key regulators and supported ASIFMA on its response to the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s (MAS) consultations on mandatory reference checks, misconduct reporting, and MAS’ Guidelines on Individual Accountability and Conduct. Natalie’s multi-jurisdiction experience in assisting financial institutions to implement senior manager accountability regimes and strengthen governance frameworks to mitigate misconduct risk is valued by the industry, along with her pro-active approach to thought leadership in this area.
