Mark has been responsible for ICG Compliance for Asia Pac since November 2015.  Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Mark spent 3 years in Japan as the Chief Compliance Officer of both Citigroup Global Markets Japan Inc. and Citigroup Japan Holdings Corp.

Prior to joining Citi, Mark worked for Deutsche Bank AG in London, where he served most recently as the Head of Asset Wealth Management Compliance. In the course of his 15-year career with Deutsche Bank, Mark also served as Head of Global Markets Compliance and was a Board member of a number of different operating Companies.

In the early part of his career, Mark was employed by the London Stock Exchange as well as by the Securities and Investment Board (SIB) in a number of regulatory related positions.

Mark is a member of the Securities Institute and graduated from London South Bank University with an MSc in in Finance and Investment.
