Mai Fuang is the in-house counsel for Debt Capital Markets of OCBC Bank.  She provides advisory and transactional support for the origination of G3 and domestic currencies (such as S$ and HK$) denominated bonds distributed internationally and domestically.

In addition, she works on devising appropriate frameworks for related activities such as market sounding, wall crossing and bond stabilisation.   She is a volunteer trainer at OCBC Bank and has enjoyed sharing her experience in this field through a well-attended course titled, “Bond Anatomy”.

She dedicates time to working groups of ICMA and ABS Debt Capital Markets Committee contributing towards industry goals such as IBOR transition and development of best market practices for debt capital markets.
