Lin Shi is Managing Director and Joint Head of IPO Vetting within the Listing Department of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.  Ms. Shi joined the Listing Department in August 2013.

Mr. Shi was a Senior Vice President covering Investment Banking Legal and General Counsel of Greater China with Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2007 – 2102.  Before that, she worked at Allen & Overy in Hong Kong and New York and Fulbright & Jaworski.

Since 2013, Ms. Shi has served as President of the Association of Corporate Counsel of Hong Kong.  ACC Hong Kong is the only organization in Hong Kong representing in-house counsel run by in-house counsel.

Ms. Shi holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Pomona College and a J.D. from New York University.
