Karen is a Financial Services Assurance Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore, with close to 29 years of experience in Singapore and Australia. She leads the provision of assurance services to local listed and multi-national banking and capital markets players in Singapore, working with stakeholders including boards, senior management and regulators. In addition, she has also worked on a number of leading cross border banking transactions across the region.

From 2013 to 2018, Karen was PwC’s Asia Pacific Diversity Leader, and PwC Singapore’s Diversity Leader and Banking and Capital Markets Leader. Under her leadership, PwC Singapore won Britcham Singapore’s 2017 Embracing Diversity and Inclusion Award. She is a frequent speaker, panellist and thought leader on diversity and inclusion matters.

Karen is a committee member of BoardAgender and SID’s Board Diversity and Appointments Committee, and was formerly a committee member of the Singapore Committee for UN Women and
the Financial Women’s Association (Singapore).
