Ms. Judy Li is currently working with Climate Change & Sustainability Services of Ernst & Young as Green Finance Leader in Greater China. Ms. Li has been leading her team to provide issuance assurance service for green bond, green ABS, social/sustainability bond and ABS etc.

Ms. Li also leads her team to support HongKong and Shanghai/Shenzhen listed companies on information disclosure of ESG (environment, social and governance) and CSR (corporate social responsibility). She is in charge of establishing international platform for all stakeholders.

Being the market leader of Green Finance and Sustainable Finance in China, Ms. Li’s Team has been awarded as “Best Green Finance Verifier in China” in both 2017 and 2018 issued by EuroMoney and AsiaMoney.

Ms. Li is also taking social tasks including Committee Member of China Green Finance Committee, Managing Director of Shanghai Lujiazui Green Finance Development Center, Special Expert of Zhejiang Huzhou Green Finance Committee, Expert of Green Finance Cmmittee of China Securities Regulation Commission, Expert of China Banking Committee, Guest Lecturer of Green Finance of Zhejiang University, Guest Lecturer of Green Bond and Sustainability Bond of Tsinghua University, Guest Lecturer of Green Finance of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Before joined EY, Ms. Li had been working with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in both of headquarters based in New York and its country office in China. She has substantive knowledge and tangible first hand working experiences on green finance, climate change, and sustainable development etc.
