Jessica Omoteso is the Head of IT Resilience at Standard Chartered Bank, leading a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the strategy and governance of continuity planning, cyber and technology resilience planning, and crisis management. 

Jessica’s primary focus is to mature the Bank’s IT resilience standards, processes and controls to meet the increasingly complex regulatory requirements. She is actively involved in the fostering of closer working relationships with industry groups (such as AFME and ASIFMA) and regulators (including MAS and the PRA) on key global and regional regulatory reform changes. She performs the change impact assessment of key global and regional regulatory reform relevant to operational resilience, outsourcing and technology risk.

Her career spans over 20 years in financial services across a variety of senior roles including Data Centre Operations, Disaster Recovery Planning, IT Service Continuity Management and Infrastructure Programme Management.
