Harj is a Partner at PwC Hong Kong, where he leads the Financial Services Consulting team and is the Asia Pacific lead relationship partner for two of PwC’s largest global banking clients.

Harj has more than 20 years of experience working with large global banking clients in London, Hong Kong and across the Asia Pacific region in areas such as digital transformation, strategy execution, customer experience, and organizational design & effectiveness.

Harj is currently advising a number of Virtual Bank applicants on their business strategy, operating model and customer propositions to enable a successful launch of their virtual bank businesses in Hong Kong.

Harj has also supported a number of Asia Pacific banks and wealth managers with the enhancement of their digital strategy, across the customer acquisition, user experience, operations and risk & compliance domains.
