Hannah advises the world’s leading financial institutions on a wide variety of financial regulatory matters, covering both contentious and non-contentious work. She advises clients from a range of industry sectors, including investment and retail banking, fund/asset management, wealth management and insurance. She is dual qualified in Hong Kong and England and Wales and her detailed understanding of UK, EU and Asian regulatory regimes is particularly invaluable to institutions working across international borders.
Hannah has particular experience of advocating on behalf of clients in regulatory investigations involving a breadth of issues such as systems and controls breaches and insider dealing. Working at every level from board to compliance and business teams, she also advises clients on issues relating to conduct risk, governance arrangements, individual accountability, mis-selling, privacy and data security, licensing issues and complaints-handling. Hannah also works regularly with industry associations to help shape regulatory policy.
