Dr. Chen Feng is the Director of International Cooperation Department of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He joined Shenzhen Stock Exchange in Oct 2000. Since then he had served successively in Market Surveillance Department and Marketing Department. In 2016, he was appointed as the Director of Marketing Department in Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Dr. Chen has extensive practical and theoretical experience in capital market. He has successively engaged in corporate financing of listed company, market analysis, real-time market surveillance, market violation investigation and marketing service of stock exchange, as well as the IPO reviewing of CSRC.

He contributed to the WFE’s FOCUS magazine to introduce the SZSE’s capital market ecosystem which is compatible with innovation and entrepreneurship in the marine sector (Supporting the ocean economy).

Dr. Chen received a doctor degree from Hong Kong University, School of Business in 2001.
