David has a decade of experience across investment banks. In 2016, he founded 33 Capital, an investment firm focused on FinTech and e-commerce startups in Southeast Asia.

Leveraging his wealth management and venture capital experience, he created a tech-enabled platform that would be the go-to resource for investors seeking private investment opportunities with attractive risk-return profiles. In 2019, he was named Top FinTech Leader by the Singapore FinTech Association and then Singapore Founder Finalist for the MAS FinTech Awards in 2020.

David graduated from the National University of Singapore as a University Scholar and also spent a semester abroad at the University of Southern California. Additionally, he holds a certification in FinTech from MIT. During his free time, he enjoys sports, wine, and travelling with his family.
