David is a Partner in EY’s Hong Kong office and leads the Business Consulting practice for Hong Kong and the Financial Services Risk Management team across Asia Pacific. He has over 20 years of experience in risk management and compliance within Banking and Capital Markets with a focus on risk governance, operational risk management and banking and securities regulation.

David began his career in EY’s UK audit practice before working in various roles across change and risk management for a leading global bank. Since re-joining EY in 2005, he has worked in the New York, Singapore and Hong Kong offices helping financial services clients manage complex risk management and regulatory challenges.
