Dr. David Pan is a partner and the head of corporate compliance service group from Llinks. He obtained his LL.M from Harvard Law School, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Dr. Pan was admitted to practice law in 2002. He is also admitted in New York State, USA.

 Dr. Pan also specializes in providing companies practical solution-oriented services in the regulatory compliance areas. He has advised well-known pharmaceutical, retail and manufacture businesses in adopting, adapting and implementing anti-bribery and antitrust compliance programs in China, internal training, conducting internal investigations and dealing with external investigations, crisis management, and third party relationship management tactics.
