Brenda Lau joined State Street in 2016 and oversees the custody and correspondent bank management business for Hong Kong and China. Her areas of expertise include market advocacy, market development, due diligence, fee and contract negotiation as well as relationship management.

Brenda carries with her over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. Prior to her current position, she has held network management and relationship management roles in various investment banks and agent banks.

She holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Management from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.
