Boon-Hiong Chan is a capital markets professional currently responsible for a product family transformation, market advocacy and related technology experiments. He has held roles in corporate development, P/L and client management. His experience includes in funds, securities, derivatives and structured finance services; and in data/AI and digital assets/DLT.

In his advocacy role, he represents and contributes his firm’s experience to industry associations including the ASIFMA, ASEAN+3 Bond Market Forum and the Association of Global Custodians, and in public-private sector forum. Topics include the changes from the intersection of technology, regulations and capital markets and their implications on market structure, client and firm.

Boon is a community volunteer, supports inclusion and financial literacy. He holds qualifications in cybersecurity, computation/AI, PE/VC and accountancy.
