Modeled on the past three successful version of the Offshore RMB Markets Conference in Hong Kong, the 2014 conference was held in Singapore.

The conference was an industry-wide event for both sell-side and buy-side, bringing together high-level regulators, policy makers, ASIFMA members and their guests, to discuss key developments, trends and issues for offshore RMB markets. Attendees participated in both active forums and networking sessions.

We had collaboration from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for the event, with Mr Leong Sing Chiong, Assistant Managing Director (Development and International), as one of the Keynote Speakers. Mr Antony Phillipson, British High Commissioner to Singapore, Ms Alexa Lam, HK SFC’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director, Mr Esmond Lee, HKMA’s Executive Director, Financial Infrastructure Department, and Mr Alain Raes, SWIFT’s Chief Executive in EMEA and Asia Pacific also spoke at the conference.
