“Previously, on April 22, 2024, the State Securities Commission (SSC) had an online working session with the World Bank (World Bank) and the Asian Association of Financial and Securities Markets (ASIFMA) on many contents in the draft Circular amending and supplementing a number of regulations on securities trading on the securities trading system; clearing and settlement of securities transactions; activities of securities companies and information disclosure on the stock market in order to remove a number of obstacles related to the criteria for upgrading the Vietnamese stock market.”
