Ms. Gu heads up ISDA’s legal team in the APAC region. Prior to joining ISDA, Ms. Gu was a Director in the Legal and Compliance Department of Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited where she specialized in OTC derivative products and structured finance. Before joining Credit Suisse, she was an associate at Allen & Overy Hong Kong Office where she advised a number of international banks and Chinese banks on derivative transactions and ISDA documentation.

Ms. Gu holds a Master of Laws degree from Peking University, an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law and a Master of Laws degree from Kyushu University in Japan. Ms. Gu holds the lawyer qualification certificate in China, is qualified in the State of New York and is also admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong. Ms. Gu has been working for ISDA since 2008.
