Henry is a senior manager in the Intermediaries Supervision division of the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong. His responsibilities include supervising intermediaries such as asset managers, brokers and credit rating agencies, as well as developing policy on a broad range of topics, including the use of cloud storage, AI & machine learning and virtual assets. Prior to joining the SFC, Henry was a senior manager in PwC UK’s advisory practice where he worked on the Lehman Brothers administration as the head of pricing & systems and was responsible for the valuation of OTC derivatives and structured finance trades. Henry holds a MSci (Hons) in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
