Andrew Fong is Chief Administrative Officer of Citadel for Asia Pacific. He is the Responsible Officer of Citadel Asia Limited responsible for the overall management oversight of the company.

Mr. Fong is an active participant of ASIFMA and FIA Asia. Mr. Fong is also a member of the Executive Committee and Tax Sub-committee of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) Hong Kong and a member of the International Partners Committee of the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC).

Prior to joining Citadel in 2005, Mr. Fong was a Senior Legal Counsel at Deutsche Bank responsible for overseeing the legal function for its equities business for Asia (ex-Japan). Previously, he worked for Credit Suisse Frist Boston and Freshfields.

Mr. Fong holds a LLB from King’s College, University of London. He is a qualified solicitor of England & Wales and Hong Kong.
