Kieran Donovan is an associate in the Hong Kong office of Latham and Watkins. Mr. Donovan’s practice focuses on complex commercial contracts, data and technology. He is a member of the Technology Transactions and Information Law, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practices. Mr. Donovan has experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border commercial technology and communications matters, particularly for clients in the technology, internet, gaming, entertainment, financial services, hospitality and aerospace sectors.

Mr. Donovan has particular experience advising clients on world class procurement and outsourcing, the development and commercialization of cutting edge technologies, as well as navigating complex cybersecurity and privacy issues. Mr. Donovan serves on several advisory committees for technology and financial services industry groups across Asia.
