Otto has 10+ years of working experience in Information Security for financial industry. He has extensive experience to define global policy and standard, review the compliance, be the representative in Asia to handle security incidents and queries from Asian countries, provide security and awareness, conduct on-site compliance reviews in different offices, and 4 years working experience in mainland China on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Data Privacy, legal regulations, compliances, site security and business continuity. 

He is widely acknowledged as an industry expert in Information and Cloud Security, and invited to be the speakers in various universities in Hong Kong, and different security conferences in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. He was also appointed by Hong Kong Government to join Working Group on Cloud Security and Privacy, to develop best practices and guidelines on cloud security and privacy for the local environment, and to participate in and organize conferences, forums and discussion groups for exchanging views and experience sharing on cloud security, data and privacy protection and solutions. 

Otto also contributes time, skills and knowledge through volunteer services in professional associations, and was the Chairperson of Professional Information Security Association in 2016. He is a holder of CISA, CISSP and CSSLP, and has written a couple of articles in local journals on Application Security, NFC security concerns, iCloud security incident, etc. 

He is currently the Security Assurance Manager APAC of AWS. He is also the Vice-Chairperson of Professional Information Security Association and the Vice Chairman of Cloud Security Alliance (Hong Kong & Macao Chapter).
