James has served Vermeg (formerly Lombard Risk) over many years in various roles, and is now Global Head of Regulatory Strategy.  He follows evolving regulatory demands and their impact on clients and markets and is an industry expert on regulatory issues, monitoring them on a global, regional and jurisdictional basis through frequent interaction with regulators and financial institutions.  Additionally, James’s long client-facing experience also provides context for his strategic role and this empowers insight to the impact of market changes and how these drive demand for regulatory reporting solutions.  He is a close participant on the Digital Regulatory Reporting agenda, and the wider RegTech field, as the paradigm of how regulatory reporting is done is reinvented and is active in thought-leadership and collaboration in this field.
