ZHOU Jiaxing is the Joint Company Secretary of China International Capital Corporation. He is also a Managing Director and Head of Legal Department of China International Capital Corporation (Hong Kong) Limited.

Mr. Zhou has been a director of ASIFMA as a representative of CICC. He is also representing CICC in the Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong. Except being a director of Hong Kong Corporate Counsel Association, Mr. Zhou is also a member of the panel of arbitrators of South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and a mediator of Shenzhen Securities and Futures Dispute Resolution Centre. Mr. Zhou has been shortlisted by Asian Legal Business as a finalist in three consecutive years for the Hong Kong In-House Lawyer of the Year Award. Mr. Zhou received his LLM from the University of Southampton in July 2000. He is a qualified solicitor in People’s Republic of China, England and Wales and Hong Kong.
