Jack Chan, Managing Partner of Financial Service, Greater China, EY. Mr. Chan manages more than 3,000 financial services professionals, who provide comprehensive audit, tax, risk management and performance improvement advisory and M&A transaction advisory services for banks, insurance companies, securities companies, funds and other financial institutions across Greater China. Mr. Chan has also established CCaSS (Climate Change and Sustainability Services) to provide financial institutions with green bond assurance, green finance advisory and other services.

Mr. Chan has over 25 years of professional experience in audit and advisory services for the financial services sector, having worked with numerous financial services clients in mainland China, Hong Kong, and other Asian and European countries. Mr. Chan has a wealth of overseas experience, having worked in the United States.

Mr. Chan was often invited to give professional speeches in key industry forums and training courses to commercial banks, government officials and accountants in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Mr. Chan is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Institute of Internal Auditors as well as the Hong Kong Securities Institute. He also served as director of Hong Kong China Financial Association, vice chairman of the Venture Capital Investment Professional Committee of China Investment Association, and member of Advisory Committee of Deposit-taking Companies of Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
