Foo Onn has more than 30 years experienced in the area of Business Continuity & Resilience (BCR)  Planning & Crisis Management and is presently the BCR Global Lead for Group Functions and APAC Regional Head for UBS.

He is responsible for a team of BCR managers and oversees the development, design, implementation and testing of the Operational Resilience program as well as monitoring and reporting on overall risk and readiness for the Group Functions and locations across APAC.

Prior to this, Foo Onn was with Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong, a Recovery Site provider in Malaysia and ST Computers in Singapore where he was responsible for business continuity, consultancy services in business continuity and disaster recovery respectively.
