Sriram currently serves as Head, Regulatory Affairs and Industry Engagement of Marketnode, an SGX Group and Temasek joint venture focused on digital markets infrastructure. In this role, Sriram is responsible for assessing and managing regulatory requirements for Marketnode’s products. He is also in charge of interfacing with regulators, policy makers and industry associations on legal and regulatory issues related to digital assets and market infrastructure.

Sriram was previously a partner in the corporate and South Asia practices at Rajah & Tann Asia. Prior to that, he was a Senior Director (Legal Development) and Chief Legal Counsel at the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) where he was responsible for spearheading SAL’s efforts in promoting the international profile of Singapore law.
