Raymond oversees the prudential supervision of banks in Hong Kong.  He has over twenty years’ experience in banking supervision and was instrumental in establishing the Deposit Protection Scheme in Hong Kong.  He joined the HKMA in 1994 and took up his present position in 2016.  Raymond is an accountant by training.
