Peter started his early career at several global banks in London, which have well-established Markets businesses. This allowed him to engage directly with Sales, Trading and Structuring staff to gain an understanding of how Markets businesses work. He has also had exposure to Back and Middle Office to understand operational and processing aspects of Markets businesses.

Since 2006, Peter has been involved extensively in Compliance for Markets businesses in the UK, Europe and Asia. This experience has allowed him to build detailed product and regulatory knowledge across Credit, Rates, FX, Commodities and related derivatives, in addition to Debt Capital Markets origination and issuance and Loans.

Peter has lived and worked in Singapore for the last eight years. During this time, he has been in roles that have expanded in scope and depth across Asia as geography. This has allowed him to build up knowledge of the varied regulatory requirements for the different jurisdictions and products in the region.
