Felix is the Founding Chairman of the RegTech Association of Hong Kong. Felix regularly interacts with a broad range of stakeholders, including startups, financial institutions, consulting firms, government bodies and regulators, to support RegTech adoption, development and ecosystem in Hong Kong and beyond.

Felix is also the CEO of RISKflo Asia Limited, a RegTech company that focuses on converting regulations and policies into actionable business rules. As a RegTech innovator, Felix focuses on bringing creative and practical solutions to clients’ regulatory and digital transformation challenges. He has a successful track record of helping global and local banking clients to design, develop and transform Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) processes across 20 markets.

Felix has also worked at Deloitte, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Hong Kong Monetary Authority. He holds a BSc in Financial Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Sydney.
