Terry specialises in structured finance, OTC derivatives and financial markets regulations concerning a wide variety of structured products, including equity and credit linked structures, ​repackaging, fund linked derivatives, ISDA close-outs and hedging. He is ranked in Chambers Asia Pacific and The Legal 500, and is particularly recognised for his expertise in margin regulations and structured credit transactions. 

Terry has advised regulators, industry groups, financial market infrastructure and a wide variety of clients on issues relating to reporting, clearing and margining of OTC derivatives. Terry has been with Clifford Chance since November 2010. Prior to joining the Hong Kong office, Terry has been working in the field of structured finance with a major international law firm and a leading US law firm in London since September 2006. Admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales (2007) and Hong Kong (2013).
