Hari is Executive Vice President & the Chief Business Officer at NSE, India’s premier bourse for trading equities, currencies and their derivatives.

In this role, Hari is responsible for strategic, policy initiatives & business growth for the Exchange across products, and spearheads the SME, listing and member services role at NSE. 

Prior to this role, Hari was head of listing compliance, membership, education & corporate communications.  He was initially involved with the clearing corporation of NSE and capital market & surveillance operations. He was part of the team that introduced derivatives in Indian capital markets.

Hari represents NSE at various committees of the Regulator and has been with NSE for over 26 years and has experience in regulatory and business development.  Hari is a post-graduate in Commerce, Cost Accountant and a Company Secretary.
