He is an Associate Partner at Price Waterhouse & Co LLP and is based out of Mumbai. At PwC, Nehal has been focusing on Financial Services’ clients, especially in Asset and Wealth Management sectors. He has extensive experience in advising clients on tax and regulatory issues with respect to:

Structuring of domestic and offshore Funds;

Investment by offshore investors in Indian capital markets through onshore and offshore structures;

Management of offshore Funds from India;
