Analytics Department (DAD); Information Technology Department (ITD); and Technology & Cyber Risk Supervision Department (TCRD). Prior to this appointment, Vincent heads Accenture Singapore Financial Services. Before Accenture, Vincent was the PwC Leader for Financial Crime and Cyber for Asia Pac and also leads the Financial Services Risk Assurance in Singapore. He specialises in managing large scale transformation and managing risks relating to digital, disruption and Fintech confronting complex global organisations.

Prior to Singapore, Vincent spent more than 20 years in UK as a partner in PwC UK, leading the Financial Services, Technology Risk practice and advised major international financial institutions and regulators in both the UK and US on technology, risk and resilience.

Vincent is a member of the advisory board on National University of Singapore (School of Computing & Business School). Vincent sits on Ministry of Communication panel of experts for cyber security and also serves on the Board of Directors of IHIS (Integrated Health Information Systems.

Previously, Vincent was a member of MAS International Advisory Board on Cybersecurity.
